Description

Only the cutting blade L.E.M.® KIROGN® is modular. This revolutionary concept allows you to vary the length of cut and thus to transform a unit with 4 blades into a 5 blades, or a 5 blades into a 7 blades, etc. The addition or removal of this module takes only about 15 minutes. The body of the blade unit L.E.M.® is made of a light stainless alloy. It is known not to be deformable. Therefore it has a LIFETIME WARRANTY (according to our conditions).

 


  • Saw blades diameter 600 mm, 650 mm or 700 mm, the blades can be changed on the same body of the blade unit
  • Versatile: the cutting blade L.E.M.® KIROGN® adapts on all types of holders: telescopic treedozers, chargers, shovels, front-end loaders, etc.
  • Centralised lubrication of the plates
  • Modular cutting blade from 2 to 7 blades (possibility to add or remove one or several blades according to your needs)

  • The universal hydraulic block KIROGN® flanged on the engine allows you to:
        - protect the hydraulic engine of a surplus of oil (flow)
        - limit the hydraulic pressure to the one that supports the engine
        - use the blade unit L.E.M.® on machines with open or closed circuit
        - invert the way of rotation of the blades (clockwise/anti-clockwise)
        - prevent the risk of engine cavitation by its anti-return valve
